Fixed-Price Development

Best when requirements, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria can be defined up front.

Prototype / First Article

Best for new or uncertain technical work where the first validated unit establishes the production baseline.

Prime Subcontracting

Specialty engineering, harness, electronics, software, integration, or sustainment support under a larger prime program.

Technical Data Deliverables

Schematics, drawings, CAD, BOMs, connector tables, software, protocol maps, inspection and validation records.

Data Rights & IP

Ownership, licensing, government data rights, background IP, and deliverable source/data rights are defined in the program agreement.

Controlled Technical Exchange

NDA, export-control, cybersecurity, quality, and controlled-data requirements are addressed before technical exchange when applicable.

RFQ / Solicitation Review

Send the requirement.

Email the solicitation number, SOW, drawings, technical data package, photos, quantities, delivery schedule, and any known quality, cybersecurity, export-control, or data-rights requirements. Attach files directly to the email.
